Kia Ora whanau & koa! I'm Lauren and I am a passionate teacher for all age groups and have teaching since 2015. I believe all children have the right to access respectful, trusting and nurturing relationships and environments so that they can feel safe, secure and confident to be themselves and express their unique and individual thoughts and ideas. Currently I'm with the Mamaku team (on maternity leave) and I aim to help provide exciting and engaging experiences with our families and children to help them smoothly transition through the many changes they experience in their first few years of their lives. My teaching practices are influenced by RIE & Pikler, and the bicultural practices adhering to Te Tiriti o Waitangi & Te Whariki.
