My name is Muditha Apeksha, and I’m originally from Sri Lanka. I came to New Zealand in early 2023 with my husband and little daughter. I started my teaching career in 2016 and I was able to serve as a government registered teacher in Sri Lanka. I have completed my Diploma in Catholic Education & Teacher Training (DCETT) in 2019 and achieved Bachelor of Education (BEd - Education) in 2022. Along with this, I had also managed my own private education institution in Sri Lanka for primary students. Teaching is my passion and I always love to spend time with kids. As an individual, I take pride in being self-motivated, well-disciplined, and a quick learner. I am deeply passionate about continuous learning and exploring new avenues of knowledge. Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I find joy in spending time with my family, traveling dancing and singing. Ngā mihi.
