My Background whilst not in Early Childcare has been in Business since the 90’s and ownership in several aged care Dementia, Hospital facilities. Not the same but really on the opposite end of the spectrum. However Aged Care not unlike Early Childcare has some parallels; Caring and nurturing, a high level of compliance, and above all a service that totally centres around Children -Whanau- and Staff. A total synergy of people together working for common good. I feel very privileged to join the fabulous team at Mt Wellies and give full accolade to Kim and all the Mt Wellies team who have made the Centre Family what it is today.
